DefaultLoadControl.Builder should allow to set backBufferDurationUs and retainBackBufferFromKeyframe

### Issue description

`DefaultLoadControl.Builder` is final and public constructors are deprecated for `DefaultLoadControl` which forces to create a whole copy of `DefaultLoadControl` just to set `backBufferDurationUs` and `retainBackBufferFromKeyframe`
