Docsy made the same[1] change[2], as `.DisqusShortName` has been deprecated since Hugo 0.120. [1]: google/docsy#1895 [2]: google/docsy#1934

This is a follow-up to my merged PR #1895.
It switches to the recommended use of
.Site.Config.Services.Disqus.Shortnamein two more places.For background info, see: #1894
