- Contributes to Add support for Hugo (GFM, Obsidian) Markdown alert syntax #2390
- Converts all remaining i18n files to YAML
- Adds the script I used to do the conversion
- Adds a plain Perl script that compares the TOML and YAML to ensure that the keys and their corresponding values are the same.
