Adjust pkg version logic splitting out build metadata, and tweak footer icons

• Adjusts pkg version logic splitting out build metadata. This makes the docs changes less noisy. That is, in most places in the docs, when we use the Docsy version, we don't care about the build ID specifier. We only need the full version specifier in the build info page.
• Tweaks the footer icons for Contrib
