Data quality issue(Missing fixed version) in GHSA-7gcm-g887-7qv7

Describe the bug
GHSA updated the fixed version in this record 2 days ago, but the data has not updated in OSV. I think there is a bug preventing this record to update the fixed version.

Expected behaviour
OSV should contain the fixed version as per GHSA
