Shade implementation dependencies

Shade implementation dependencies so they don't leak onto the classpath of build scripts or conflict with other plugins.

Do you have an idea how to do that?

Using compileOnly would be an option, but more dangerous.
We could also use just the build in json handling of the jdk instead of gson.. 🤔
