Bossa 1.9. no connect GrblHal

I have a new genuine Arduino DUE wich I want to feed with GrblHAL.
On the WebBuilder I have created and downloaded a firmware for RAMPS 1.6 and tried different Versions of BOSSA 1.8 and 1.9 on my Laptop (Windows 11).
I get no connection on Port COM8 but Arduino IDE 2.3.7 is able to find the Board and flash some sketches to it. I connect it via the Programm Port beside the Power-Plug. The native USB Port works either.
What's wrong here?

No. The Arduino IDE is closed. When I start gSender, It also tells me that it cannot connect, when IDE is still open. When the IDE is closed, I get a connection to the Board and it's connected. Then I get greetings with "ERROR 10 emergency Stop asserted".
I found a way to disable this Message and the Y-Port on my RAMPS 1.6 get's hot when trying to move Steppermotors!
So I disconnected the 12V-Power from the RAMPS Board.
Some days before I tried the Setup with an Arduino MEGA and just GRBL 1.2f. But this Board is required in EstlCam environment.
I actually repeated to connect with the DUE only. used the Program Port. With the same error.

Is the Y-motor moving? And have you adjusted the stepper driver current?

Motors are not moving. With DUE, the blue LED on RAMPS 1.6 is off. With just Grbl and MEGA it's on, and possibly the Wires don't match with RAMPS-Board. Ther is some knurling in the Motor and the Driver get's hot, assume it's becaus of the Wire. I will check this tomorrow.

Use $pins to check the pin mapping, and/or verify against this drawing.
If the blue LED is lit by the MEGA controller then there is no code in place to do that from the grblAL driver.

Ah!!! OK.. What I found out so far is, that I had to flash from SAM3X8E-Master, I found driver.h in SRC and until now the RAMPS-1.6 wasn't defined. I read that the Board is to be defined in my_machine.h instead. I found the line and uncommented it, packed a new zip-file. Before flashing with Arduino IDE 2.x I deleted the grblhal in Documents first and reflashed the board.
Furthermore I tested out the Wiring and the precrimped Wire was wrong indeed. Neet to change the green and blue wire on the Board-side. The mappings seems now according the mentioned drawing above. Now I will check, if this was the case.

OK. So I tried following.
gSender works so far. still need to add some morr Motors.
IOSender only provides Lathe Mode. I will reinstall it later.
GrblGru didn't work but I check this later. Goal is to get a CNC Foamcutter in this DUE & RAMPS. So first I need to figure out, all axis are moving somehow.

Then either the controller has $32 set to 2 or lathe mode is enabled in the sender from the Settings: App tab.
