ubertooth-2020-12-R1.tar.xz is out of date

The contents of the "ubertooth-2020-12-R1.tar.xz" that is used in the build instructions is out of date with the GitHub repository. Especially in the firmware/bluetooth_rxtx directory. A new "ubertooth-2020-12-R1.tar.xz" needs to be created so people who rebuild the firmware get the correct .c and .h files for the later compiler toolsets.

"ubertooth-btle -f" generates "Error: attempt to read past end of buffer" messages for most packets when running "2020-12-R1" of the tools and firmware. Wireshark 4.6.3 shows a lot of Malformed Packets, I believe that not all of the data is being transferred or processed from the Ubertooth-One. I rebuilt the firmware as specified above from the files in the repository. I have attached a capture of the output. I have seen posts that state this error should have been fixed in "2018-12-R1" release of code.

There appears to be a difference in the operation between an old original "Great Scott Gadgets" today's 'Clones'. When running 'ubertooth-btle -f' on the original board, the data appears to scroll a lot faster and you get a lot fewer Errors and Malformed Packets than with the cloned units. Do anybody have any idea's what may be going on??
