Hide copy to clipboard icon until hover

Some folks in #17133 feel like the copy to clipboard icon on all of the fields doesn't look as nice. (I think it looks fine, but whatever. Differences in aesthetics.)

We could potentially hide that icon until you're covering over the field - or hide it altogether and provide a hover tooltip that explains that if you click on the text, it will be copied to the clipboard. We'll have to make sure it works with encrypted custom fields as well.

Note for @Godmartinz in case he's the one who picks this issue up - the span for the text to be copied has to be on one line or it will add an extra space at the end of the copied text. Don't ask me why - it's HTML, it shouldn't care, but I don't make the rules.

One thing I'd like to make sure is that it will only get copied if you click on the text itself (we will also need to account for text that are links, as they might copy weird). I tend to stray click a lot when I'm on a web page, and it's really frustrating to me when something I accidentally or absent-mindedly click on steals my clipboard buffer.

I agree. I think the structure for the @once directive docs is a good example of how this would be written for us.
