[Feature Request] Make "column picker" searchable / sortable

We have a good amount of custom fields. At the asset view, when selecting the desired columns, we have to scroll a lot to pick the wanted field. This is because the list is ordered by custom field ID.

I suggest making the dropdown menu searchable, like it is for the field model or status when creating a new asset.

Alternatively, provide the possibility to sort the dropdown menu alphabetically.

We've attempted this before, but it's always come out looking terrible. I guess we can try again.
