[Bug]: Uploaded files via WebUI not showing in files tab or API

What happened?

After Upgrading from Version 8.3.2 to 8.3.3, when uploading a file to an asset via the webUI, the file doesn't show at the "files" tab. In the history tab, there is an entry of the file been upload. I can download the file from there.
This seems to be related to #17963 / #17967

Ok that's interesting.

I extended my tests. The issues occurs only to that assets which have files 'hidden/missing' as mentioned by @marcusmoore in this comment: #17963 (comment)

On all other assets file deletion works fine.

So, for now, I wait for the PR to merged.
