[Bug]: Audit images not uploading properly #18002

What happened?
The image uploaded during an asset audit is not saved in the log (or cannot be viewed in the list).
In addition, the file name remains as the name of the formatting function (fileUploadNameFormatter).
Tested on the demo version, but it's basically the same on my installation.
This is only applicable for audits, the option for only uploading files is fine.
