I kinda hate that I have to do this, but this re-adds the available seats tab on the licenses view. A user was using the ID of the open seat to correspond to the license key in the license itself. Obviously, this is not ideal, and we need to build in the ability to have per-seat license keys (which will be a UX nightmare), but this at least replaces the old behavior.
