Yeah, no idea why those tests are failing :( They were working on my machine just before my sqlite borked. |

Okay, fixed my sqlite problem, but I'm not able to reproduce these test failures locally. |

This adds an image upload to the asset maintenances.
I'll be adding regular file uploads as well.
Unfortunately, somehow my sqlite database has gotten corrupted just now, so I have to fix that before I can update some of the other
Storage::fake()options.Fixes #10357
