Moves more indexes to blade components

Still a work in progress, but I think you can see what I'm up to here.

I still have to refactor some of the bulk toolbars, as some of the IDs, etc don't match yet, but still working on that.

Things remaining:

• See if I can refactor some of the bulk menus even further to avoid duplication
• Make sure the panels vs boxes vs whatever are similar enough that it makes sense
