Run commands in Install

When I run wwtd I get

$wwtd
Ignoring: install, jdk, language, notifications
START
bin/lein test
...

It would be really good if it would run the install commands as well, as that's the part that I really want out of WWTD.

a PR to add --un-ignore install or --with install would work ... I just don't want it there by default since in most repos I saw install only needs to run once
