Prepend/Append to value in `variants` and `components`

Use case: .future/pseudo-fullscreen.yaml. Pretty useful for the message key, to add additional steps for some variants only.

Instead of being the value itself, it becomes an object with a single entry, either prepend: or append: (if it's the value directly, just treat it normally as before)
