What steps did you take and what happened:

After I eventually moved it back to ARP, and realized it was still broken, I know the reason it was failing with BGP mode before was due to the cidr being included in the address like one might normally do it. This is not the case and it should be okay to switch it back when I have the energy

Will need to rerun ansible playbook to get the correct IP address in the tls san
