Converted the webpages into responsive webpages

webpages are converted into responsive webpages and some changes are also added.

@shweta-laha Nice work! I'd also like to point out a few things.

• The font formatting is inconsistent across pages, like some headings are bold and some aren't.
• The files have all cluttered up in the root directory. It'd be great if you could organise them into folders.
• The text is too small to be viewed on the phone. And also the left and right margin is too much. I feel it's taking up unnecessary space.
