Rewrite GLFW part in Go for Windows #1764
Description
- MinGW 10 makes an extra dependency on libgcc for 32bit Windows build (Crash on GOOS=windows GOARCH=386 #1750, glfw in ebiten on Win32 is not self contained #1763).
- MinGW doesn't support Arm so far. On the other hand, Windows Arm 64bit is supported as of Go 1.17.
- Embedding a DLL is a not good way as the application might be misunderstood as a virus (e.g., by Google Drive) (A new mode to enable to separate DLLs for Windows #1832)
- Some patches were required for Windows fullscreen (Do not iconify the fullscreen window when not necessary #1506)
- Performance on launching (Slow startup time #1918)
