While they're still fresh I thought I'd write up the questions I got from the audience as they were quite useful.
- What about sentences that mention more than one cytokine secreted from a particular cell type?
- How can our ontology of T cell subsets discovered be used to improve scRNA-seq cluster labels?
- Would paragraph-level context improve RE? SciERC seems to indicate yes, since coreference resolution improves RE in that paper.
