"Delete up to this point" delete notifications for all users

Problem description

When user clicks on "Delete up to this point" icon for notification, system deletes notifications in all accounts

Step to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login by any User with notification
2. "Delete up to this point" icon

Expected behavior

If any other user had older notificaiton - it should remain

Actual behavior

If any other user had older notificaiton - it is deleted
