The Project Scale dropdown does not work correctly

Problem description

if you select a value from the Project Scale dropdown, it is not displayed after creating a policy

Step to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On the “Manage policies” page, click the “Create a policy” button.
2. Fill in the “Name” field.
3. Select any value from the Project Scale dropdown menu.
4. Click the “Create” button.

Expected behavior

Dropdown works correctly

Actual behavior

The value in the dropdown is not displayed
