Update AWS-sdk

We have this installed and it is being flagged because it uses EOL software. Would it be possible to update it?

This SDK has reached end-of-support. The AWS SDK for Go v2 is available here: https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go-v2

I opened #299 to fix this for the same reasons. Just pending for review.

I've discussed this with one of the maintainers directly and it will be reviewed in due course and likely by end of year with some of the additional dependencies and open PRs.
