Is there a reason Pint 0.24 not longer supports Python 3.8 and 3.9? Neither of these have reached end-of-life.

We follow NEP-29 Recommend Python and NumPy version support as a community policy standard which recommends Python 3.10+ and NumPy 1.23+ starting from Apr 05, 2024.
