Hi! This is not a bug — it's a macOS security restriction (Gatekeeper) that blocks apps downloaded from the internet that aren't signed with an Apple Developer certificate.
To fix this, open Terminal and run the following command:

sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Hiddify.app`

It will ask for your macOS password — enter it and press Enter. After that, Hiddify should open normally.
Why does this happen? macOS adds a quarantine attribute to any app downloaded from the internet. If the app isn't notarized by Apple, macOS shows the "damaged" error instead of the usual "unidentified developer" warning — especially common on Intel Macs running newer macOS versions.
