@nmazzucco I have created 2 additional columns in the TEST dataset: 'After' and 'Equal' (but perhaps only the 'After' column is useful). Working only with these 2 columns to list edges, within a given site, and the 'PhaseCode' values as nodes, will probably be sufficient to create the Harris matrices (i.e., directed acyclic graphs, or DAGs) for the sites.
