Zwave Node config options no drop down

Home Assistant release with the issue:

Last working Home Assistant release (if known):

Operating environment (Hass.io/Docker/Windows/etc.):

--> Zwave configuration

Description of problem:
In the Zwave configuration page, after selecting a node, the 'Node Values' section drop down (small arrow on the right) does not return anything, same for the 'Node config options' section. It is not possible to change any of the Zwave node parameters anymore.
Used to work before, but is a few version ago since I used for the last time.

Got the same problem after upgrading to 0.67.0. Did work in 0.66.0

This should be solved by commit #13887 and will be included in version 0.67.1.
