Fixed some TailwindCSS UI bugs such as dark mode text and table head color change, HTML closing tag problem and responsive issues.
refactored the Index.html to align with Prettier formatting.
Now, the UI looks moderate and can be significantly improved.
If maintainers approve, I'm happy to work on a full UI redesign.
