This adds support for the Apple TV 2 and 3, as well as the 2013 refresh of the ATV3. I've only added support for these models in particular because they all ran a variant of iOS, unlike the 4th gen and up which ran tvOS, which would probably be more work to support and I don't have a model to test with.
