Replace DiscordWebhook #107
Description
The class https://github.com/HyperaDev/UltraStaffChat/blob/main/src/main/java/dev/hypera/ultrastaffchat/utils/DiscordWebhook.java appears to be causing this plugin to be falsely flagged by several AntiVirus softwares.
It should be removed and replaced with a more reliable solution, that does not get falsely flagged.
