CodeGen8uilder should be CodeGenBuilder #1165

Bug Report
In tonic_build, CodeGen8uilder is probably supposed to be CodeGenBuilder (notice the 8 instead of the B).
This isn't a runtime bug, but a dev experience bug (and a breaking API change in the making!).
