Incorrect Publication to Edge Channel Instead of Stable on Snapcraft #1316

Describe the bug
It appears that the latest version of the project was published to the edge channel on Snapcraft, rather than the stable channel.
To Reproduce
- Check the Snapcraft store for the latest release of the project
- Notice that the latest version is available only on the edge channel
- The stable channel has not received the update
Expected behavior
The latest stable release should be published to the stable channel on Snapcraft, ensuring that users who have subscribed to this channel receive the update.
