locking for min duration nits

when clicking "min duration" ui should never tell us, after waiting some time, we are locking for too little time. it should instead "do the right thing" which is to define the min duration from NOW, not from when we loaded the page

this might be a different but than i think -- when i open and immmediately try to lock for min duration i see the "Duration must be at least four weeks" warning
