Lorrain_Scramjet case has wrong distribution of temperature in turbulent boundary layer

The Lorrain Scramjet test case for master branch has different results from the version v1612+. As shown in the figures, the temperature calculated by master branch has a boundary layer with much higher temperature, which causes a larger separation bubble than the given results in path run/hyStrath/hyFoam/LorrainStageI.
I think this can be attributed to the changes of turbulence from v1612+ to master branch, but I don't know the exactly reason for this issue. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I am using hyStrath under OpenFOAM-v1706. Recently, I have checked the eEqnViscous.H located in applications/solvers/compressible/hy2Foam/eqns. Here is the original code for eEqnViscous:

By comparing it with the version of v1612+, I think the above code ignores the turbulent thermal diffusivity, leading to non-physical T in regions with strong turbulent effects. Below I give my revision:

    - fvm::laplacian(thermo.kappa()/thermo.CvMix() + turbulence->alphat() * thermo.CpMix()/thermo.CvMix(), e)

While this revision can qualitatively correct the aforementioned problem of excessive temperature, its accuracy may require further validation.
