Lorrain_Scramjet case has wrong distribution of temperature in turbulent boundary layer #172

The Lorrain Scramjet test case for master branch has different results from the version v1612+. As shown in the figures, the temperature calculated by master branch has a boundary layer with much higher temperature, which causes a larger separation bubble than the given results in path run/hyStrath/hyFoam/LorrainStageI.
I think this can be attributed to the changes of turbulence from v1612+ to master branch, but I don't know the exactly reason for this issue. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
