Playlet is set to Preferred Quality 1080p, but the resolution is noticeably lower than this

Tested with numerous videos over several weeks. I cannot seem to achieve a 1080p resolution no matter what I do. Backend used is Playlet (Local).

Thanks for posting. This might be a duplicate of #754
When you set quality to only 1080p, sometimes the playback fails (for whatever reason, codecs, video doesn't have 1080p, etc) which will fallback to Auto. One thing to try it to set preferred quality to the highest 2 or 3 resolutions (480p, 720p, 1080p) and let the device switch between them.
Otherwise, you could be getting 360p like I mentioned here #754 (comment)
