Add --only-accepted to remind command

If specified, only remind on events for which the user has RSVP-d yes or maybe.

This pull request introduces a new --only-accepted option for the remind command.

When the --only-accepted flag is used, the remind command will filter events and only generate reminders for those where the user's response status is either 'accepted' or 'tentative'. This prevents reminders from being triggered for events the user has not responded to, declined, or is not listed as an attendee.
