Updates the default
saveandsave_manytransactionactiontodefault-updateanddefault-bulk-update, respectively. With these changes in place, we can easily query thetransactiontable and determine ifsaveorsave_manyis being called w/o anaction.It would be best if it were deployed at the same time as internetarchive/openlibrary#12058.
