Set branding after removing it, doesn't do anything

Describe the bug

Setting a branding after deleting it doesn't set the branding of the community for the record.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a community
2. Add a record to the community
3. Click manage community

4. Click "Remove branding"

5. Click "Set branding"

6. Nothing happens

Expected behavior

Branding is set.
