BMCVersion is creating duplicate Job on BMC of server when triggering BMC update

Describe the bug
2 jobs are created instead of one, when the BMC update has been triggered.
note: this might apply to BIOSVersion CRD as well

the first job completes, and the second job is marked Failed by BMC and as the CRD tracks the second job, the status of CRD is moved to failed.

To Reproduce
Happens sporadically based on the timing of reconcile. but have seen this hit twice until now.

Expected behavior
One job is to be created and completed.

Problem non of the controllers check if already an upgrade was triggered or planed. currently I am testing the approach that the controller checks of there is a pending update. problem each vendor handles this in a different way and the gofish package does not cover this for all vendors
