File extension .md included in extracted title

I would like to know if there is a way for markdown links to include the file extension .md in the note name extracted from a title.
Currently, what happens is that only the name is extracted without the .md, e.g.: "[learn-flow-Curso Redaccion]/(asddsf)" and I want something like "[learn-flow-Curso Redaccion]/(asddsf.md)". All this is so that GitHub correctly detects the links between the notes.

Yes, you can set refs_extension to .md in the config file. Please see the documentation for more details.
