Lite/Full split: decide on Portable Extensions mentions in the CDI Lite spec part

There's a lot of mentions of Portable Extensions concepts in the CDI Lite specification part. We need to decide what to do with them: move to Full, leave them where they are and amend by mentions of new extension API?

I am willing to help out with this issue as well. However, I'd rather do it after we have #484 and #483 in place as I suspect it would just become a massive mess otherwise.

Was resolved some time ago as part of #546, we just forgot to close the issue.
