Bump major version - the things we are adding to the spec now, such as removal of deprecated features, are to be part of the next major version.
There is already a 3.0 branch in this repo - https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/cdi/commits/3.0
So that should reflect anything we need for that version while master moves on to next major.
