Problem with position:fixen object in container using mouse wheel to scroll

Hi
I have this problem with mouse wheel when im using div container. container is set to scroll horizontaly and when i set pin to some object inside of container its position is changed to fixed and when my mouse is over this object while scrolling it stops. Can you help me with this?
