Reset to default from admin panel is not working

Reset to default button is redirecting to this URL but the value is not reset.
Django version: 4.2.24
Django constance version;
django-constance = {extras = ["redis"], version = "4.3.3"}

I may have the same issue. I'm running Django version 5.2.4 and Constance version 4.3.4. Normal fields and Select fields seem to work fine but MultipleChoiceField do not reset on clicking the button.

My problem was that /admin/js/constance.js was not imported to the html layout. I had a cdn link to django statics as my static_url. Check if you have that js file.
That file contains the set of the buttons $('#content-main').on('click', '.reset-link',....
