Installation of Visual Studio 2022 fails

Installation of Visual Studio 2022 fails with the following error message:

ERROR: Chocolatey expected a file at 'K:\chocolatey-visualstudio.extension\ChannelManifest_574806083.man' to be of length '103132' but the length was '0'.

This was most likely a temporary problem on Microsoft servers. I have seen it too, but it seems to be working now.

Indeed, Microsoft download servers still seem to be broken and randomly return 0-length files. This even happens if you try to install VS Build Tools 2022 manually from the VS web page.

Unfortunately, the only thing we can do is wait for MS to fix this.
