Convenient preview of all SVG emojis from in-progress PRs #145

IDK why I made this really, but maybe it could be useful in the review process (or even to add a bot action that posts the relevant preview URL under each PR)?
Preview looks like this, with the emojis being auto-populated from all changed files under assets/svg/ in the PR in question:
PR #99, with match mode "RGI + incoming"
The pr query param can be switched out for the ID/URL of any PR.
