Flag of Kyrgyzstan is incorrect

On December 26, 2023, the government of Kyrgyzstan passed a bill that straightened the wavy sun rays of the national flag to reduce the resemblance of a sunflower as in Kyrgyz culture a sunflower can signify "a fickle and servile person willing to switch allegiance for personal benefit".

The Kyrgyzstan flag used on Twemoji is outdated and should be updated with the new flag.

The changes are relatively minor however I still believe it should be updated.
