When running GHA for Quarto-based OTTR, I keep on seeing this warning message: The downlit and xml2 packages are required for code linking, here and here. To fix this, do I need to add these packages on this line?

Yes that seems like a good first bet.

If you open a pull request with that add the gha's in this repo will test that build for you.

@cansavvy does this need to be done for base_ottr now that base_ottr has been merged with ottr_quarto?

We should try to reproduce these errors before adding these packages. It's possible things have changed.
