[Bug] When using the telescope picker I get the feedkeys stuff directly

Im struggling to think of what I provide you with, it was fine when I installed the plugin but I tried it recently and its messed up. I disabled most of my plugins and all my which key bindings and it still happens

How is the plugin set up?
How are keymaps defined?
When the change is triggered, where is the cursor positioned on "keys = {"?
How do you initiate the change? For instance, do you press certain keys or use the Telescope extension?
Is there text surrounding the phrase "keys = {"?

I'm manually entering Telescope textcase

The cursor is on the "k" in normal mode before I invoke the telescope picker.

There was no surround text and it happens no matter where the cursor is or what text I invoke textcase on. for example it happens when I invoke it on the first line of the a file:

local modules = {} where the cursor is on the first l in normal mode, then I get lg@awocal modules = {}

I tried toggling default_keymappings_enabled, setting prefix to "g@" so it aligned with the feedkeys thing and moving the load_extension into the telescope setup and none of this had any effect

Thanks for the details, I will attempt to replicate the scenario.

In the meantime, have you tried using the TextCaseOpenTelescope command instead of Telescope textcase? The custom command was designed initial for visual mode and is also applicable in normal mode. This would be the regular mapping for that cmd:

Avoid using g@ as a prefix, as it is a native keybind in Neovim for another purpose
